Jasmine Pearls

Jasmine Pearls are considered the king of jasmine teas. Made with young green tea leaves and buds, they are hand-rolled into pearls. In May, during the jasmine harvest, the flowers are picked early while closed and mixed with the tea overnight to infuse their aroma. This process is repeated until the scent sets fully into the tea. Origin: Fujian, China.
